The WTYAA at its January meeting made a motion to adopt changes to our bylaws. The changes can be viewed in the proposed bylaws below. Final approval will be made at our February meeting. Questions and comments are welcome during the meeting.
A membership form and one-time membership deposit of $50 is required to participate in any WTYAA sport or activity.This deposit will be maintained by the WTYAA and will only be cashed if a family does not return all items provided by the WTYAA (uniforms, keys, coaching equipment, etc.) or does not complete any volunteer requirements of the sport. If the membership deposit is cashed for any reason, a new membership deposit will be required before a child can participate in another sport or activity.
